There is flexibility. You can lease 3,000 sq. ft. and greater. |

Yes, in 2003 we purchased the historic Holiday Harrington House in Greenville, and placed an adaptive re-use with a historic overlay; and it is now the happy home for Patterson Schwartz Real Estate Company. |

How long will renovations of the property take to complete?
Upon lease execution, the architectural/engineering, permitting, and construction will be approximately 18 months. |

What kind of input will I have in the renovations?
The tenant fitout will be directed by your company's specific layout and space requirements. |

What are the easements which offer an additional 6,500 sq. ft. of space?
The easement states that we can construct either a 6,500 sq. ft. free standing building (which is demonstrated on the site plan); or a 6,500 sq. ft. addition (which is demonstrated on the architectural rendering of the mansion). It is our preference to construct the 6,500 sq. ft. addition on the existing mansion to better optimize usable sf. footage. |

Will my employees have access to the gardens for leisure and lunchtime activities?
